Q71F Thin-type Ball Valve
I. Introduction:
The Q71F thin-type ball valve and the wafer-type insulated jacket ball valve are suitable for Class150, PN1.0～2.5MPa, and various pipelines with operating temperatures of 29~180℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene seals) or 29~300℃ (with polyphenylene seals). They are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, they can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc. Compared with ordinary ball valves, thin-type ball valves have remarkable advantages such as short structural length, light weight, convenient installation, and material saving. The wafer-type insulated jacket ball valve has good insulation effect. In addition, the valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. It is equipped with a fire-resistant structure, so that it can still operate reliably and maintain good sealing performance in case of a fire. According to user requirements, an anti-static structure can be provided. A positioning plate with holes for opening and closing is installed, and a lock can be added as needed to prevent misoperation.
